I seek seasonal, top‑quality ingredients and love refreshing classic dishes with new ideas, always striving for zero waste and refined presentation.

Since childhood I have followed my father into the kitchen, devouring cookbooks and learning by his side. Later, a dear friend who owned a catering business taught me to respect the craft, work hard and keep improving every day.
